In order to better serve our clients, we offer a range of different services to provide a more meaningful individualized experience as follows:

  • Our qualified pharmacy staff members provide not only our pharmaceutical care but also our full selection of high quality health supplements.  Our clients can, therefore, benefit from our professional knowledge of both prescription medications and complementary therapies.
  • We are the only pharmacy known in Vancouver, capable of printing prescription labels in Chinese characters for clients who prefer this service.
  • We offer a compliance bubble pack service to help patients to better manage their medications conveniently and accurately; thereby enabling their sense of independence.  To us, the latter is crucial for helping clients in both developing efficacy and lead healthier lives because the client is our priority.
  • We also help patients to enroll in the Fair Pharmacare program and adaptation to medicines, where appropriate.
  • We are one of the few pharmacies who have introduced a highly advanced compounding machine for making excellent topical preparations that meet individual client needs.
  • We offer free seminars on various health topics, such as Diabetes Care and Osteoporosis Prevention.
  • Since Feb. 26, 2010, we have been holding  an one-on-one Diabetic Education Clinic with a Certified Diabetes Nurse Educator on the last friday of each month. Patients are welcome to ask questions or curiosities regarding diabetes, as well as learning how to use a blood glucose monitoring system. Patients are requested to make an appointment at the pharmacy.
  • Our pharmacists, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, can regularly provide consultations on medicines and health supplements to our clients.
  • We are also accessible after hours of operation, if required.
  • Last but not least, we are able to offer free drug delivery service.
